Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive plant maintenance excellence in a large-scale manufacturing operation. You will partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations to develop reliability strategies that improve uptime, safety, and performance.

Responsibilities include leading preventive/predictive maintenance, RCFA, outages support, and PM program optimization, leveraging technologies like vibration analysis and thermography to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of reliability, maintenance, or mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and reliability methodologies.
• Experience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), FMEA, SAP, or CMMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment reliability improvements through preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues
• Support maintenance outages, capital projects, and equipment improvement initiatives
• Manage and optimize PM programs, equipment strategies, and asset documentation
• Utilize predictive technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and lubrication analysis
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve asset performance, reduce costs, and increase uptime
• Manage contractor performance and support reliability best practices across the site
