Responsibilities

• Optimize preventative maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• Lead reliability improvement projects and initiatives.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on design for reliability.
• Develop and track key reliability metrics and KPIs.
