Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of reliability analysis techniques (e.g., FMEA, FTA).
• Experience with CMMS software and predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis and thermography.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs and strategies.
• Analyze equipment failure data, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop predictive maintenance schedules and utilize condition monitoring technologies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement proactive maintenance strategies.
• Assess the reliability of new equipment and systems during design and procurement phases.
• Track key reliability metrics and provide reports on equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.
