Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Reliability Engineering leader to deploy RCM/PM playbooks across multiple plants and standardize data reporting. You will work with Technical Service Managers to drive safety and engineering standards while building a culture of reliability.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions using Power BI, with 25–50% travel to sites for auditing and hands-on training. A strong track record in decentralized maintenance networks is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electrical or chemical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years managing maintenance or reliability engineering across a decentralized, multi-facility network.
• Experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% to visit plants for hands-on auditing and training.
• CMRP or CRE designations highly preferred.
• Ability to build high-level corporate dashboards using Power BI, tracking OEE and MTBF.

Responsibilities

• Deploy uniform Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) playbooks across all sites.
• Oversee alignment of PEM AMS and standardize data entry and reporting.
• Identify asset failure patterns by analyzing performance data.
• Introduce and scale advanced technologies such as vibration analysis and thermography.
• Conduct regular on-site technical audits with Technical Service Managers to verify safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
• Coach, mentor, and align Technical Service Managers and technicians with corporate engineering goals.
• Develop a reliability culture across the organization while working with plant Technical Service Managers and teams.
