Job summary

Amazon's Global Reliability Team is building predictive maintenance technology for one of the world's largest fulfillment networks. As a Reliability Engineer, you will evaluate, deploy, and advance condition monitoring technologies that prevent equipment failures before they affect operations.

You will lead technology deployments across multiple sites, synthesize sensor data with CMMS and OEM platforms, and present recommendations to program leadership while driving measurable outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience working with CMMS software.
• Knowledge of performance metrics (OEE, downtime, throughput).
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Project proficiency.
• Experience in reliability/maintenance environments and scalable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead condition monitoring technology deployments across multiple sites from identification through resolution.
• Synthesize sensor, platform, and equipment data into actionable findings with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose issues in complex multi-technology systems using root-cause analysis and lean methods.
• Define project KPIs, track timelines, and manage risks to avoid escalations.
• Partner with manufacturers and field reliability stakeholders; serve as primary contact.
• Translate customer needs into effective solution paths with measurable outcomes.
• Present status and recommendations to program leadership in reviews.
• Document improvements for broader team reuse.
• Provide technical guidance and reviews for junior team members.
