Global Cellulose Fibers seeks a Reliability Engineer for our Oglethorpe, GA facility. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance and engineering to implement strategic reliability initiatives and manage capital plans. Experience with SAP data mining and PMI/PM principles is preferred.

You will lead multiple projects, influence across all levels, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices while supporting a safe, efficient plant environment.

Formación

• B.S. in engineering or equivalent maintenance/reliability experience.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple projects of varying complexity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to work long weekends and long hours when required.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with operations, maintenance, and engineering to improve reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement using best practices and improvement tools.
• Develop and maintain asset care strategies and maintenance policies.
• Manage small improvement projects and support PdM/PM programs.
• Perform root-cause analysis on reliability incidents to identify root causes.
• Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
