Collaboration with plant operations and maintenance teams is key. The candidate should have a bachelor's in electrical engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing, and expertise in power distribution/control systems, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Minimum three years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Power Distribution/Control Systems is required.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex engineering projects and supervise technical staff.
• Improve machinery reliability through failure analysis and optimization.
• Manage project scope, estimate, plan, design, and budget.
• Support E&I design for plant capital projects.
• Assist with plant shutdown planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
