• Review system diagrams, interfaces, and schematics for reliability and compliance.
• Lead FMEA/FTA efforts and implement design improvements.
• Perform predictive reliability analyses and Weibull studies to guide decisions.
• Develop and execute qualification and validation test plans for production readiness.
• Lead failure investigations and drive CAPA to closure.
• Support milestones reviews and establish standardized reliability processes.
