Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Reliability Engineer to champion design robustness across air, maritime, and ground platforms. You will perform predictive reliability analyses, lead FMEA/FTA with cross-functional teams, and develop test plans from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety-critical hardware & software for defense/aerospace.
• Ability to set up a Reliability Engineering framework across production and field deployments.
• Proven track record in FMEA, predictive modeling, Weibull and fault tree analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead FMEA/FTA efforts with cross-functional teams to improve design robustness.
• Develop and execute qualification and validation test plans for production readiness.
• Perform predictive reliability analyses and Weibull studies on qualification and production data.
• Lead root-cause failure investigations and drive CAPA closures.
• Develop reliability processes, tools, and infrastructure for design-to-production lifecycle.
