Job summary

FPC National in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to enhance equipment performance, plant reliability, and maintenance effectiveness. This role focuses on developing and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, identifying recurring failures, and implementing long-term reliability improvements.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a PSM-regulated chemical environment.
Strong experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Experience conducting RCA/RCFA and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to read PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering docs.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance programs (preventive and predictive) for plant equipment.
Analyze failures and maintenance history to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
Lead RCA/RCFA investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent repeats.
Establish maintenance strategies, inspection intervals, and performance standards.
