Job summary

Milliken & Company seeks an Advanced/Senior Engineering Services Professional to lead lifecycle reliability for production equipment, electrical and instrumentation systems, automation, and utilities in a PSM-regulated plant.

You will develop maintenance strategies, perform RCA/RCFA, and support safe maintenance execution while coaching technicians and collaborating across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in chemical manufacturing or related process industry.
• Experience developing or improving preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience with RCA/RCFA and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for assets.
• Lead or participate in RCA/RCFA and track corrective actions.
• Support planning for outages, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Maintain equipment records, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Provide technical support for electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
