Job summary

Swagelok is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead asset management standards and governance across the facility. You will develop and refine preventive/predictive maintenance processes, lubrication programs, and inspection plans to optimize equipment reliability and lifecycle costs.

Strong RCA skills and experience with production equipment are required. The role requires collaboration with project engineering and maintenance teams to ensure maintainability of new and existing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Reliability, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other technical field.
• Reliability engineering certification or Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with production equipment operation and maintenance assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains asset management standards and governance programs.
• Defines and optimizes preventive/predictive maintenance processes.
• Performs Root Cause Analysis and implements corrective actions.
• Develops lubrication programs, inspection plans and maintenance procedures.
• Supports maintenance planning, scheduling and lifecycle optimization.
