The Mechanical Engineering department of CAES has a career growth opportunity for an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer at our sprawling suburban Philadelphia location (Lansdale, PA). Our Design Engineering team consists of 150+ design engineers across 5 sites throughout the Eastern United States. We are growing quickly and we would like you to be a part of that growth.
This role reports to the Mechanical Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong electronics background and experience to apply a broad knowledge and wide application of both Reliability and Component Engineering principles and concepts to CAES products. Specific principles and concepts include reliability and maintainability predictions, product screening and growth testing, and component evaluation, selection and documentation. The ideal candidate would have experience working across functions in a matrix organization to achieve operational results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Salary Range: Reliability Engineer (level III): $89,755.50 - $134,633.54 annually. Reliability Engineer (level IV): $118,701.65 - $178,052.48 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
