Job summary

WaveCrest Staffing Group in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer to support R&D and NPI through reliability, quality, and validation testing.

This 6-12 month contract role is onsite 5 days a week. Responsibilities include developing and executing reliability tests (HALT/ALT, environmental, life, transportation, PCBA stress screening and V&V), reviewing designs, and building automated tests with LabVIEW, Python, and/or R while performing statistical analyses and supporting

Qualifications

• BS Engineering with 4+ years experience or MS with 2+ years.
• 4+ years R&D experience focused on reliability/quality engineering.
• Experience with reliability engineering, test automation, and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with GMP/QSR, lab testing, and equipment validation.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or optical design.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities
