Key Responsibilities
Conduct reliability analyses (MTBF, Lambda Predictions, Weibull, FMEA) and develop comprehensive test plans for functionality, performance, and lifespan.
Analyze test data, generate reports, and recommend design improvements to enhance product reliability and performance.
Lead execution of V&V test plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams and lab resources.
Mentor lab engineers and technicians in developing advanced electro-mechanical test systems.
Create automation and data acquisition programs using LabView, Python, or similar tools.
Estimate test resource needs and collaborate across divisions to implement best testing practices.
Qualifications
B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field with 5+ years of experience, or M.S. with 3+ years.
Proven background supporting NPI programs and fast-paced, cross-functional projects.
Skilled in LabView, Python, and reliability modeling tools (e.g., Reliasoft).
Strong foundation in statistical analysis (DOE, hypothesis testing, data reduction).
Familiarity with SEMI, UL, CE, and PED standards a plus.
