Job summary

[Unknown] company is seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer to support R&D and NPI through reliability, quality, and validation testing. Onsite in Lake Forest, CA, with a 6- to 12-month contract and potential extension/conversion.

Responsibilities include developing and executing reliability testing (HALT/ALT, environmental, life, transport, PCBA stress), reviewing designs/test plans, building automated tests (LabVIEW/Python/R), and performing statistical analyses and design reviews.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 4+ years experience or MS with 2+ years.
• 4+ years R&D experience focused on reliability/quality engineering.
• Experience with reliability engineering, test automation, and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with GMP/QSR, lab testing, and equipment validation.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or optical design.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
