Qualifications

• Sr. Program Manager / Solutions expert in Retail
• Must come from Retail environment
• Technical / Functional background 50/50%
• Experience with Stakeholder Management
• Experience Managing teams on team meetings
• Experience Managing Teams on implementations
• Should be strong in either area; Java SpringBoot, or Oracle PLSQL
• Python experience would be nice
• Experience with Gen AI would be plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Utilize agile methodology to manage projects, facilitate scrum meetings, and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issue, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams to enhance performance and meet project milestones
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status to senior management
• Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the project teams
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, metrics and compliance requirements in project execution
• Continuously assess and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and delivery quality
• Ability to run project level customer cadences and team reviews regularly with delivery best practices
