Job summary

Oracle’s Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) group in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Nashville campus development and related initiatives. You will coordinate internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and public agencies, guiding projects from planning through occupancy readiness and financial closeout.

The role requires strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, excellent communication, and rigorous budget management, with oversight

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project management in construction or corporate real estate.
• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading large, multi-building campus developments.
• Industry certifications desirable (P.E., PMP, CCM, LEED, MCR).

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of campus development projects from planning to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and Earned Value management.
• Develop and implement project governance, frameworks, and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal Oracle teams, external consultants, contractors, and public agencies.
• Present status reports and executive summaries to leadership.
