TEKsystems is seeking a Release Manager to lead Enterprise Transformation Modernization, moving from legacy release practices to an automated, scalable model. The role coordinates across International Technology and Global Payments Solutions Technology to design and adopt enterprise-wide release capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Release Management, ITSM, or related disciplines within large, complex organizations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise release management frameworks.
• Strong domain knowledge of Global Payments Solutions Technology, including integration patterns.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives from legacy to modern release processes.

Responsibilities

• Transformation Modernization: Lead the evolution of release management to a modern, automated, data-driven model.
• Enterprise Process Design Implementation: Design scalable, cross-LOB release processes aligned to target operating model.
• Domain Leadership Global Payments: Manage dependencies and release risk across payment platforms.
• Governance Execution Excellence: Establish release governance, milestones, controls, and reporting.
• Automation Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to automate release workflows and CI/CD integration.
• Communication Change Leadership: Drive adoption through clear, structured communication at all levels.
