The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Technical Release Manager in Chicago to lead complex, large-scale technology release initiatives within a major financial services organization. You will own end-to-end release cycles, coordinate across engineering, QA, product, architecture, and operations, and drive governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Release Management within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience managing releases across programs with 500+ contributors.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, release governance, traceability, and defect management.
• Strong ability to articulate contributions and leadership in past roles.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end release cycles for large, multi-program initiatives with hundreds of contributors.
• Serve as primary authority on Release Management, communicating past contributions and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with technology leadership to design and implement a scalable Release Management Framework.
