Job summary

TD is seeking a Release Train Engineer II in Charlotte, NC to coordinate and coach agile teams, escalate impediments, and drive value delivery across a product group. The role involves coaching leaders and Scrum Masters, facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring program increment alignment with business outcomes.

Must reside within TD footprint in the specified states and support a DevOps and Lean-Agile environment with continuous improvement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT, CS or related field.
• 3+ years as a Coach, Product Manager, Scrum Master.
• Certified SAFE Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SPC or CSM.
• 3+ years' experience with Agile Management tools.
• Typically 7+ years Agile related experience.
• Experience coaching multiple agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, coach and lead multiple agile teams.
• Facilitate ceremonies and backlogs releases within Program Increment.
• Limit WIP and drive continuous improvement with servant leadership.
• Align PI outcomes with business design and delivery.
• Escalate impediments and resolve complex release obstacles.
• Coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in agile mindsets.
• Support Release Trains across 3–4 teams.
