Job summary

TEKsystems is actively interviewing tenured Release Train Engineers for a premier client in South Charlotte. This is a hybrid, Fort Mill, SC-based contract-to-hire role. Candidates must be able to work on W2.

The ideal candidate has extensive Agile leadership experience, expert knowledge of Jira/Confluence, and a proven track record leading large ARTs with multiple agile teams. Expect executive-level communication and driving transformation across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical field required.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs with budgets up to $5M.
• 3+ years as Release Train Engineer in Agile environments.
• 3+ years managing programs across Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC.
• Experience using enterprise tools such as JIRA and Confluence for program tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and manage ARTs end-to-end.
• Present to executive teams with clear, data-driven updates.
• Collaborate with multiple Agile teams to drive delivery and improvements.
