Symbotic is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Release Management, guiding a high-performing team responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, governance, and seamless delivery of software releases to deployment and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 8+ years in delivery or release management and 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience designing end-to-end release workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the software Release strategy across the Symbotic ecosystem, aligning milestones with engineering roadmaps and customer deployment schedules.
• Be the accountable owner for Release readiness with go/no-go assessments and post-release reviews.
• Coordinate content for designated Releases with Systems Engineering, Development and QA teams for on-time deliverables.
• Communicate project plans, risks, commitments, schedules and scope changes to stakeholders.
• Lead CAB processes to minimize risk of changes to customers and oversee release governance.
