Electric Power Systems is seeking a Sr. Relay Technician to lead protection and control testing, commissioning, and project execution at client sites across North America. You will manage field teams, analyze protection schemes, and ensure safe, reliable operation of substation and industrial systems.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, technical leadership, and development of field personnel, with opportunities for career growth and certifications.

Qualifications

Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Willing to travel and work overtime.
Hands-on experience with protective relays in substations.

Responsibilities

Lead job site safety briefings and enforce safety policies.
Analyze protection schemes for power circuits and systems.
Perform installation, commissioning, testing of relay panels and circuits.
Read and validate protection schematics and configurations.
Develop project execution plans and manage large commissioning projects.
Mentor Relay Technician I/II and junior engineers.
