Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC in Atlanta seeks a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to oversee ALS infrastructure and related tools, including Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap. You will design, deploy, and maintain compliant systems across on-premise and AWS environments.

You will ensure security, perform backups, generate documentation, and provide weekly health reports while collaborating with IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or information technology.
• 5+ years implementing systems: UNIX, Windows, storage.
• 5+ years in litigation support apps like Relativity, iPro, Concordance.
• Ability to design, procure, install, integrate and operate in required environments.
• Strong knowledge of government IT environments and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity and related tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure across on-premise and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform maintenance, backups, updates, tuning, monitoring.
• Produce system diagrams and admin guides, update semi-annually.
• Provide weekly system health reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS apps.
