Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC seeks a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization’s ALS infrastructure across on‑premise and AWS environments. The role requires handling diverse projects within the Legal/IT department, maintaining system health, and delivering documentation and reports.

The candidate should have 5+ years in UNIX/Windows/Large storage environments and hands-on experience with Relativity, iPro, Concordance, and Trial Director, plus the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with UNIX, Windows and storage solutions.
• 5+ years in litigation support applications (Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director).
• Experience designing, procuring, installing, integrating and testing systems.
• Experience with large, complex OS environments.
• Experience with large-scale database management applications.
• Knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro and related tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on on‑premise and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for stakeholders (e.g., expert witnesses, U.S. Attorneys).
• Perform system maintenance including backups, updates, monitoring and tuning.
• Produce and update system diagrams and end‑user documentation; keep docs semi‑annually updated.
• Provide weekly reports on system health, performance, and project progress.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
