Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization’s litigation IT environment.

The role focuses on Relativity-based ALS implementations, on‑premise and AWS infrastructure, and strong collaboration with IT leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation support software and diverse IT experience, with a focus on security and compliant government IT environments, plus excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UNIX/Windows, storage solutions, and litigation support software.
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+.
• Experience designing and maintaining large IT environments for government contexts.
• Ability to set up and manage large-scale databases and related software.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-premises and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, tuning, monitoring.
• Create and update system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user documentation.
• Provide weekly reports on system health, progress of projects, and planned activities.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
