Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team. The role involves supporting a variety of projects to enhance network systems and litigation support tools.

The candidate should have 5+ years of hands‑on experience with UNIX, Windows, storage, Relativity, iPro, and SQL Server 2012+. A Bachelor's in CS/MIS or equivalent experience is preferred, with eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in computer science or MIS) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UNIX, Windows, and storage solutions.
• 5+ years in litigation support applications (Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director).
• Experience designing, procuring equipment and software, installing and testing.
• Experience with large multi-OS systems and large-scale databases.
• Public Trust Clearance eligibility required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions primarily consisting of Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap‑type tools.
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) across on‑prem and AWS.
• Manage external access to ALS tools including identity and access management.
• Perform system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, tuning, monitoring.
• Create and update system diagrams, administrator guides, and end‑user docs.
• Provide weekly system health and project status reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS apps and infrastructure.
