Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to join the Legal/IT department in Chicago. You will manage a diverse ALS environment, spanning Relativity, iPro, CaseMap and related tools, across on-premise and AWS platforms.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with UNIX/Windows, extensive litigation support software expertise, and the ability to design, deploy and document complex IT systems while collaborating with IT leadership and external

Qualifications

At least 5+ years hands-on experience with UNIX/Windows server environments.
Experience in litigation support applications (Relativity, iPro, Concordance, CaseMap).
Ability to design, procure, install, integrate and test in complex IT environments.
Experience with large systems featuring multiple OS and functions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity and related tools.
Maintain ALS system infrastructure across on-premise and AWS cloud platforms.
Manage external access, IAM, and stakeholder collaboration.
Perform regular system maintenance, backups, restores, and performance tuning.
Produce system diagrams, guides, and end-user documentation; provide weekly health reports.
