Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support a wide-ranging federal IT initiative in Massachusetts. The role requires leading technical teams, defining system requirements, and delivering end-to-end IT solutions for complex litigation-support workflows.

You will collaborate with COR and attorneys, design comprehensive systems, and provide training materials while ensuring on-time, quality deliverables and documentation.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including ARM workflows.
• Hands-on experience with government IT environments; at least five years.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred; ability to lead a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflow processes per policy and guidance.
• Consult with COR, government managers, and trial attorneys on IT needs.
• Determine system requirements and design the system to meet them.
• Oversee tasks, ensure timely deliverables and quality control.
• Prepare system documentation and user training materials.
• Generate cost estimates and report on progress to stakeholders.
