Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join the Legal/IT team in Dallas. You will manage and enhance the organization’s Relativity-based litigation support infrastructure across on‑premises and AWS, ensuring secure access for external stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years with Relativity and related litigation software, strong Windows/UNIX experience, and good communication skills. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux, Windows, storage and network infra.
• 5+ years in litigation support apps (Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director).
• Experience with designing, procuring, installing and operating in mixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure across on-premises and AWS.
• Manage external access, IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance including backups, updates, tuning, monitoring.
• Produce system diagrams and admin/user guides; update semi-annually.
• Provide weekly health and project reports.
• Support ALS apps and infrastructure with IT leadership.
