Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and enhance the organization’s litigation support infrastructure. The role covers on-premise and AWS cloud platforms, with a focus on ALS software like Relativity and related tools.

You will maintain system health, perform backups, and create documentation while coordinating with IT leadership. A Public Trust Clearance is required to join our team in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with litigation support systems (UNIX, Windows, storage).
• Experience designing, obtaining equipment and software, installing, integrating, testing in required environments.
• Experience with large systems with a complex mix of operating systems and functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and similar tools.
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-premise and AWS cloud.
• Manage external access to ALS tools, including IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, tuning, monitoring.
• Produce and update system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user documentation (semi-annually).
• Provide weekly reports on system health, performance, projects, and plans.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
