Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Miami to manage US‑headquartered clients up to $3B in revenue, delivering comprehensive banking solutions and leadership across product, risk, and onboarding teams.

You will build a robust client portfolio, drive cross‑sell opportunities, and oversee credit structures while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. This is a full‑time role with global reach and senior leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with Commercial clients.
• Knowledge of banking products and middle‑market services.
• FINRA Licensing - SIE, Series 63 & 79 (current or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, multi‑product clients for the Bank and manage those relationships on an ongoing basis.
• Actively build a new business pipeline and call on clients and develop relationships at multiple levels across the client organization
• Client‑level planning, budget, and revenue responsibilities. Identify cross‑sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet
• Work closely with cash management implementation team, Cash Sales Managers, Underwriting / Risk teams, Markets experts and RM Associates daily. Coordinate with Product and Investment Banking coverage to deliver Product solutions while sponsoring any credit requirements with Citi’s risk and underwriting teams.
• Administrate the credit relationship of clients, coordinate and supervise the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and institutional processes.
