Citigroup Inc. in Miami, FL, seeks a Senior Relationship Manager for Citi Commercial Bank to manage US-based mid-market clients up to $3B in revenue.

You will build multi-product solutions, lead client engagements, and partner across product, risk, and operations to grow a robust portfolio. The role requires deep banking knowledge, 15+ years with commercial clients, FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 63 & 79) or ability to obtain, and a Bachelors (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with Commercial clients.
• Familiar with banking products and services for middle-market clients.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, multi-product clients for the Bank and manage those relationships on an ongoing basis.
• Actively build a new business pipeline and call on clients and develop relationships at multiple levels across the client organization.
• Coordinate with Product and Risk teams to deliver integrated solutions and manage credit requirements.
• Oversee client onboarding, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliance with policies.
