Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Commercial Banking Middle Market Senior Relationship Manager to grow a portfolio of mid-sized business clients, delivering comprehensive banking solutions that align with their growth and operational goals.

You will advise owners and executives on cross-functional needs, including lending, treasury management, deposits, and risk management, while partnering with internal experts to provide superior client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of commercial banking experience with middle market relationships.
• Experience with financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of treasury management, cash management, and commercial deposit products.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a portfolio of middle market commercial clients.
• Structure and negotiate complex credit facilities and monitor credit quality.
• Lead business development to acquire new relationships and increase wallet share.
• Coordinate with Treasury Management and other banking partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct regular client reviews and maintain CRM records.
