Qualifications

• 8+ years underwriting and portfolio management experience with regional commercial bank or larger institution.
• Middle Market or Mid-Corporate experience in C&I.
• Bachelor's degree required and formal credit training.
• 4 days a week in office minimum.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of the most complex credits with limited supervision.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of clients/credits in the portfolio to colleagues and leadership.
• Conduct underwriting, risk administration, financial analysis, and portfolio maintenance in line with credit policy.
• Structure, underwrite, and document new credit opportunities, renewals, and modifications as credit expert.
