Job summary

PNC is seeking a Managing Director, Sr. Relationship Manager (F) based in Seattle, WA, to lead strategic relationship management with complex, high-revenue clients.

The role emphasizes risk management, cross‑line collaboration, and driving revenue through the full range of corporate banking products. The candidate should have extensive experience with middle market to large corporate clients, strong credit background, and the ability to mentor teammates in a high‑impact environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with middle market and large corporate clients (revenue of 100mm+).
• University degree required; Masters or PhD desirable. Licenses required within 180 days (see Licenses).

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Creates and drives strategy to acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients; mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well‑being; drives engagement and loyalty.
• Manages network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones; presents full range of products.
