Job summary

Customers Bank in the United States is seeking an SVP Senior Relationship Manager to solicit and close new, profitable commercial business while managing the existing portfolio to bank standards.

The successful candidate will build a broad network, conduct lead generation, and nurture client relationships, leveraging treasury and capital markets knowledge to cross-sell and grow loan and deposit revenues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to independently negotiate complex credit structures and close large transactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial banking and treasury products, services and formal credit training.
• Strong C&I calling background.

Responsibilities

• Call new commercial clients (loans & deposits).
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close profitable business.
• Review and analyze financial information.
• Visit customers to establish and maintain relationships.
• Cross-sell other bank products and services.
• Actively represent the bank in the community.
• Monitor and manage loan portfolio including delinquencies and reviews.
