Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships by meeting customers face-to-face and providing tailored financial guidance. You will educate clients on deposit and loan products, help open or close accounts, and support digital banking adoption.

The role requires NMLS registration and strong knowledge of retail banking, with the ability to originate consumer loans and manage customer information while delivering excellent service across branches.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFEs Act and Reg Z; regulatory compliance ongoing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers to provide the best possible financial counsel.
• Originate and close consumer loans; open and/or close accounts.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans and digital banking solutions; assess customers' needs.
