Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five+ years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsabilidades

• Builds relationships with clients via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Assess and address customers’ banking needs and educate on deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Engage in proactive outreach and follow-up to understand clients’ needs.
• Advise on digital products and self-service technologies to meet needs.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, policies, and support systems.
