Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating
• Working knowledge of all products and services

Responsibilities

• Process all customer-related financial transactions in accordance with bank rules and guidelines
• Learn customer needs through needs-based conversations to offer appropriate financial products
• Generate leads and provide quality customer service while building partnerships with business segments
• Supervise and coach fellow relationship bankers and onboard new team members
• Support branch growth and profitability by executing sales, service and operations initiatives
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies
