Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of job-related experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), MS PowerPoint (basic).
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• NMLS identifier preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sales process using leads and outbound calls.
• Greet customers and identify service and product needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products.
• Achieve weekly sales goals set by Branch Manager.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals and applicants.
• Handle branch operations, scheduling, and cash management.
• Support risk management and adhere to policies.
