Truist in Florida seeks a Regular Teller/Sales Associate to deliver industry-leading client service and grow client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals to partners. You may cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.

You will handle routine client maintenance, contribute to branch sales targets, and support the sales process by referring more complex needs to internal specialists. Ongoing training and policy compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days; NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekends/overtime.

Responsabilités

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions across deposit, credit, and other services.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services and expanding relationships.
• Supports sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies; stays informed of policy changes.
• Leads sales initiatives within the branch and acts as an expert resource.
• Delivers professional client service with courteous communication during transactions and needs discovery.
