Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Floating Senior Relationship Banker in Retail banking to support customer transactions, identify sales opportunities, and convert leads into referrals across market locations.

The role emphasizes adherence to policies, data quality, and compliance while driving customer satisfaction. The incumbent will execute traditional consumer banking asks, participate in pre-shift sales huddles, and manage lifecycle of customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products & services into customer interactions.
• Using FNB approved branch technology, input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Assists with management of daily sales activity and monitoring sales results.
• Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other tasks according to policies.
• All employees serve as risk managers per F.N.B. risk program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
