Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail banking experience with exposure to complex client relationships and operational responsibility.
• Track record of building trust and growing relationships through consultative, needs-based conversations.
• Comfortable across core banking systems, teller platforms, digital service tools, and Microsoft Office; quick to adapt to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships.
• Deliver high-touch service across transaction types and needs-based conversations.
• Open, close, and maintain personal and business accounts efficiently.
• Provide timely follow-up, issue resolution, and continuity of service.
• Grow deposits and loans through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Recognize referral opportunities and coordinate with partners when needed.
• Maintain compliance and accurate documentation; support daily banking center operations.
