The role emphasizes consultative banking, inbound/outbound conversations, and accurate processing of transactions while upholding regulatory compliance. Midtown location with opportunities to grow and serve the local community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of banking or related experience in the sales or financial industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written, verbal).
• Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, engaging experiences and greet clients by name when possible.
• Answer and manage incoming calls; resolve client needs and provide professional support.
• Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, servicing).
• Maintain cash drawer and assist with vault, ATM, and night depository operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, BSA, CTR, and KYC regulations.
• Assist with basic account opening activities and onboarding education on features and digital tools.
• Support branch operations and participate in additional responsibilities as needed.
