Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and engaging experience for clients; acknowledge clients by name when possible
• Process routine transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account servicing)
• Assist with basic account opening activities and gather client information
• Engage clients in conversation to understand needs and introduce appropriate products and services
• Maintain and balance cash drawer; support vault, ATM and night depository functions
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations (BSA, CTR, KYC)
• Support branch operations and other responsibilities as needed
