Job summary

Qualifications

• NMLS registration required and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4–5+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide trusted banking counsel.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and collect customer/account information.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and propose suitable financial solutions.
• Originate and close consumer loans and handle accounts opening/closing as needed.
