Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Pueblo, CO to engage customers across in-person and digital channels, assess banking needs, and educate clients on deposit and loan products for practical solutions.

You will open new accounts, process service requests, and promote digital self-service tools while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accuracy in operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.
• Willingness to drive two or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide sound financial counsel.
• Identifies client banking needs and recommends deposit and loan products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial goals.
• Maintains knowledge of retail products, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and great service.
