U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships across in-person and digital channels. You will assess customer needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and process account information with accuracy.

You will open accounts, process service requests, and promote self-service digital tools while maintaining compliance with NMLS regulations and bank policies. A strong customer service background is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
